Talent Development Lead

Role Overview

As the Talent Development Lead at Wise, you will drive the strategic design, implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development programs for a global workforce. You will partner with business leaders across functions to identify skill gaps, define learning priorities and ensure that every employee has access to high-impact development opportunities. In this capacity, you will lead a team of L&D specialists, manage vendor relationships, and leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with Wise’s business goals and culture.
• Design leadership development curricula, management training workshops and technical skill academies for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with People Partners and department heads to conduct needs assessments and create targeted learning solutions.
• Implement digital learning platforms and blended learning models (e-learning, virtual instructor-led, on-the-job coaching).
• Monitor key metrics (engagement, competency improvements, retention) and adjust programs to maximize impact.
• Manage external vendors and internal subject matter experts to deliver training at scale.
• Drive a continuous learning culture by introducing communities of practice, mentorship schemes and knowledge-sharing forums.
