Recruiter | HR – Crypto/Forex/iGaming Verticals

Role Description

As a Recruiter at N33DED, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting top talent across the rapidly evolving Crypto, Forex and iGaming verticals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills in Russian and Ukrainian, the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a results-driven mindset. You will partner closely with account managers to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions and devise targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber professionals.
