Description of the role

HuntRiot is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team and drive talent acquisition in the fast-growing iGaming industry. You will be responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of positions, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every stage. This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, leveraging their English skills (B2+) and understanding of the iGaming space to fill niche technical and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple vacancies, including writing compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through social networks, research tools and personal connections.
* Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, assess candidate fit against role requirements, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
* Coordinate interview schedules, brief candidates and hiring teams, and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking with industry professionals and attending virtual events.
* Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and close positions while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
