Options Trader

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Options Trader to join our high-performance trading team on-site in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is pivotal to the success of our algorithmic options strategies across index futures and derivatives products. As part of our group, youll work during US trading hours to optimize P&L, collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and developers, and play a direct role in growing our client base through transparent reporting and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and oversee algorithmic options trades, dynamic hedging, and portfolio adjustments to maintain optimal risk-return profiles during the US session.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to enhance trading infrastructure, APIs, backtesting frameworks, and automation tools.
• Conduct quantitative research to model, test, and refine new strategies using Python, R, MATLAB, and advanced statistical methods.
• Implement rigorous risk management protocols including VaR assessment, stress testing, and real-time exposure monitoring.
• Identify market inefficiencies and innovate new options trading approaches to capture volatility opportunities.
• Communicate strategy performance, market updates, and risk reports to internal stakeholders and clients via clear and concise presentations.
• Drive business development efforts by engaging potential investors, pitching strategy capabilities, and securing new mandates.
