HR Director

Job Overview

The HR Director at Beldersoy Resort & SPA will shape the People & Culture function from the pre-opening phase through a full-scale launch and beyond. You will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end HR processes aligned with international luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across all divisions: hotel operations, F&B, safety & rescue, engineering and technical teams
• Forecast staffing requirements for each development stage (pre-opening, grand opening, peak season) and manage talent pipelines
• Lead selection and hiring of leadership roles: department heads, managers and specialist professionals, ensuring alignment with service excellence and guest-centric values
• Design a world-class onboarding and orientation program covering corporate culture, safety protocols, service standards and operational procedures
• Implement training and staff development initiatives; build evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and retention; foster continuous professional growth
• Define organizational structure, roles and responsibilities; create clear reporting lines, job descriptions and succession plans
• Develop workforce scheduling models to address seasonal fluctuations, shift rotations and emergency coverage for illness, vacations and peak periods
• Draft and maintain internal regulations on discipline, safety, service quality, code of conduct and compliance with local labor legislation
• Oversee introduction of time tracking, payroll and HR information systems (Bitrix CRM); ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Champion a corporate culture based on teamwork, professionalism, guest focus, safety and respect; act as ambassador for values at all levels

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or large-scale resort operations
• Demonstrated expertise in mass recruitment, organizational design, training program development and performance management
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; hands-on experience with Zoom, Teams and Bitrix CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Russian; adaptability and cultural sensitivity
• Highly organized, results-driven, strategic thinker with ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
