Tax & Corporate Finance Analyst

Role Description

As a Tax & Corporate Finance Analyst in a Single Family Office of a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI), you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the international corporate and personal holding structures. You will coordinate closely with external accountants, administrators, banks and legal advisors across Cyprus, the US, France, Monaco and various offshore jurisdictions to ensure that accounting, reporting and audit requirements are met in a timely and compliant manner. A core part of your responsibilities will be to conduct regular in-depth reviews of trusts, funds and holding companies, proposing and implementing tax-efficient and legally sound structural changes. You will support both corporate and personal tax planning, assess the tax and accounting implications of new investments and financing transactions, and work hand-in-hand with our in-house counsel on corporate, M&A and restructuring matters.
