Role Description

On the position of Senior Technical Business Analyst B2B at Velixo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our ERP-based reporting solution for Microsoft Dynamics. You will be responsible for collecting detailed user stories, managing the product backlog in Agile environments, and writing high-quality change requests that translate business needs into clear specifications. In close collaboration with product management, software engineers, QA, and end users, you will facilitate requirement workshops, conduct gap analysis, and ensure that every feature aligns with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
• Gather and document detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for ERP reporting modules
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Draft and review change requests, impact analyses, and functional specifications
• Support engineering team by clarifying requirements, answering technical questions, and participating in daily Scrum ceremonies
• Liaise with stakeholders—finance, operations, IT—to validate workflows and ensure compliance with best practices
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback cycles
• Continuously improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements
