Role Description

We are seeking an experienced senior Sales Manager / Relationship Manager to join our Liquidity & Brokerage Solutions team in Dubai. In this office-based role, you will drive full-cycle B2B sales of liquidity provision services, prime brokerage capabilities and white-label solutions to retail brokers, proprietary trading firms and institutional clients across the MENA region and beyond. This position is ideal for candidates who have a proven track record in liquidity / prime brokerage sales and a deep understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Prospecting and outreach: identify and qualify potential partners, including retail brokers, prop firms and institutional investors;
* Product demonstrations and presentations: showcase liquidity pools, bridge technology, trading platforms and tailor solutions to client needs;
* Negotiation and deal closing: structure contractual agreements covering pricing, service-level agreements and regulatory compliance;
* Pipeline management: maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM, produce revenue forecasts and update commercial proposals;
* Collaboration: partner with implementation, operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and KYC procedures;
* Relationship management: develop long-term partnerships, resolve client inquiries and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
