Head of Sales and Personal Support Department

Role Overview

As the Head of Sales and Personal Support Department at Freedom24, you will take ownership of our international investment brokerage offering and drive both revenue growth and client satisfaction. You will represent our full line of investment products—stocks, bonds, ETFs, funds, options—and provide personalized support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from retail investors to high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities. In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Freedom Holding Corp’s global objectives and local market nuances;
• Build and manage your personal client portfolio, engaging prospects through targeted outreach, cold calls and high-impact presentations;
• Advise clients on market trends, profitable investment ideas and product innovations, ensuring in-depth risk profiling and compliance with MiFID II, CySEC and FCA regulations;
• Lead business meetings, deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate terms to achieve both individual and departmental KPIs;
• Cultivate long-term relationships by overseeing client onboarding, proactively addressing support requests and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey;
• Supervise, mentor and motivate a team of sales and support professionals, setting clear performance targets and fostering a collaborative culture.
