In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our corporate entities, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. You will liaise closely with service providers on legal, tax and corporate structuring matters, draft and review agreements, assist in opening bank accounts and payment solutions, and support KYC documentation processes. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in corporate law and administration who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and can manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
