VIP Retention Manager

Description of Role

As a VIP Retention Manager you will be at the heart of our iGaming team, driving bespoke engagement programs for our highest-value German market players. Your mission is to build long-term loyalty through data-driven campaigns, tailor-made incentives and proactive outreach. You will collaborate closely with CRM specialists, analysts and account managers to ensure every VIP feels valued and understood.

Your key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement personalized retention strategies for VIP players in the German market, focusing on lifetime value and engagement metrics.
* Monitor player behavior and KPIs, conduct regular segmentation analysis to identify churn risks and upsell opportunities.
* Coordinate special promotions, tournaments and rewards that resonate with VIP profiles and cultural preferences.
* Maintain direct communication with VIPs via email, chat and calls, offering support, exclusive bonuses and resolving issues proactively.
* Work alongside Analytics to produce weekly and monthly performance reports, adjusting tactics based on real-time data.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Compliance teams to align retention activities with overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
