Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rounds, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global tech organization by designing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes. This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on innovation, values an outstanding candidate experience and leverages advanced sourcing strategies and HR analytics to attract top talent across diverse geographies. You will be responsible for understanding business goals, partnering with hiring managers, and driving global recruitment initiatives that align with Rounds’ vision for growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead global recruitment from role definition to final offer: draft clear job descriptions, map candidate profiles and define success criteria.
* Develop and optimize sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, and headhunting methods to fill multiple roles simultaneously.
* Conduct thorough candidate screening, structured interviews and data-driven assessments, applying HR analytics to monitor pipeline health and time-to-hire.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams (HR, VP HR, VP Growth, CTO) to ensure a seamless process and continuous feedback loop.
* Innovate talent pipelines: introduce new channels, refine employer branding and maintain active talent pools for future needs.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: maintain transparent communication, build trust and promote Rounds’ employer value proposition.
* Support additional HR administrative tasks as needed, including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination and compliance.

What You Bring

* 3+ years of proven global recruitment experience, hiring across multiple regions and seniority levels (from technical to executive).
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities.
* Expertise in sourcing strategies, headhunting and using modern recruitment technologies such as HiBob and Comeet.
* Highly organized, independent and proactive mindset with an ability to manage high-volume requisitions.
* Passion for data: comfortable using HR analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs and propose process improvements.
* A collaborative team player who enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
