Description of the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of Core Stars—an innovative iGaming IT startup based in Limassol. You will be responsible for managing 10+ technical and operational positions every quarter, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. This full-cycle recruitment position demands a strategic approach to sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing candidates, with a focus on IT and iGaming-specific roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand business objectives and translate them into hiring plans that support Core Starsgrowth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end recruitment for IT, technical and iGaming positions: from crafting job descriptions and employer branding to offer negotiation and onboarding support;
* Engage in proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance and other platforms, leveraging advanced scraping and data-mining tools to build pipelines of passive candidates;
* Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines aligned with product roadmaps;
* Conduct structured interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and provide qualified shortlist recommendations;
* Lead win-win negotiations on compensation and benefits, ensuring a seamless candidate experience;
* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (BambooHR, GreenHouse, Hibob);
* Provide regular recruitment metrics and status reports to senior leadership.
