Smart Contract & Web3 Developer

Description of the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Smart Contract and Web3 Developer to help build our next-generation real estate investment platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains such as Polygon. You will implement tokenization logic for real estate assets using NFTs (ERC-721, ERC-1155), integrate smart contracts with front-end applications via Web3.js or Ethers.js, and collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, and design teams to deliver a seamless Web3 user experience. Key features you will build include fractional ownership mechanisms, DAO voting modules, and rental agreement automation. You will also write and maintain unit tests, perform security audits, and monitor contract performance using tools like Hardhat or Foundry.
