As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer you will be a key member of our global engineering team working on a cutting-edge Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). You will design, develop and maintain complex Rails applications that enable seamless connectivity between cloud apps, enterprise systems and data sources through low-code/no-code automation. Your responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining scalable backend infrastructure that supports the user interface and API services.
* Developing new features and modules, integrating AI/ML components to enhance automation workflows.
* Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle: from requirements analysis and architecture design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
* Writing high-quality, testable and efficient code adhering to best practices and style guidelines.
* Conducting code reviews, refactoring existing systems, upgrading frameworks and evaluating new technologies for future adoption.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—Product, QA, DevOps—to ensure reliable releases and continuous improvement.
