Senior Middleware Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior Middleware Engineer at Presight will architect, deploy, configure, and maintain robust middleware platforms to support mission-critical applications. You will work primarily with Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized services and RabbitMQ for reliable message brokering, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our GenAI-driven analytics solutions deployed across government and enterprise clients in the UAE.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Designing and managing Kubernetes clusters, implementing best practices for high availability, auto-scaling, and zero-downtime updates.
• Installing, configuring, and tuning RabbitMQ clusters on Kubernetes, optimizing throughput, reliability, and secure messaging.
• Developing automation scripts (Python, Bash) to streamline deployments, updates, and lifecycle management of middleware components.
• Monitoring platform health with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack; identifying bottlenecks, applying proactive fixes, and tuning system performance.
• Collaborating closely with DevOps, software development, and infrastructure teams to integrate middleware into microservices architectures.
• Implementing security measures including authentication, authorization, encryption (SSL/TLS), and compliance with organizational policies.
