Senior C++ Developer

Description of the Role

As a Senior C++ Developer at Findev, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing our real-time Fixed Income trading platform that supports Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) operations. You will work closely with quantitative analysts, traders, and product owners to translate complex business requirements into robust, high-performance backend services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Architecting and implementing new C++17 modules to process market data, manage order books, and execute trades with minimal latency.
• Participating fully in the software development lifecycle: from requirement gathering and design through coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Performing detailed code reviews and mentoring junior engineers to maintain high code quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborating with QA engineers to build automated test suites, identify defects early, and ensure stability in production environment.
• Monitoring system performance and tuning multithreaded algorithms, memory usage, and database queries for optimal throughput and low response times.
