About the Role
As a Sales Representative at SEARADAR, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in yacht charter vacations. Your primary responsibility is to process incoming leads from our website and advertising campaigns, engaging prospects via calls, messages, and emails. You will conduct needs assessments, present tailored yacht options, and guide clients through the decision-making process. In many cases, you will have the autonomy to close deals independently or seamlessly hand off warm leads to our specialized booking team. Maintaining consistent follow-up and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle are key to your success in this role.

The position provides a stable monthly income of 600 € plus a performance-based bonus structure ranging from 300 € to 1000 € depending on your sales achievements. After demonstrating proficiency and hitting 80% of targets for three consecutive months, you will be promoted to an expert level with an increased base salary—750 € to start and 850 € following continued success. Beyond financial rewards, team members enjoy a fully covered annual corporate sailing trip, 12 paid days off, and four weeks of vacation. A flexible schedule follows the first month of standard CET hours, giving you the freedom to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle.
