You will manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and executing smooth onboarding processes. This role demands a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt sourcing strategies to diverse markets, including North America, Europe, Asia and others.
