Project Manager — Personal Brand Development

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the design, launch and coordination of a comprehensive long-term Personal Brand Development program. In this role, you will align vision and business goals, build and manage a talented team of content, PR and visual specialists, deploy robust digital infrastructure and ensure seamless execution across communication, education and online platforms. This is a unique chance to shape a flagship personal branding initiative with a clear 3-, 12-month roadmap and a forward trajectory spanning 5+ years.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Defining project vision, structure and roadmap for immediate (3-month), mid-term (12-month) and long-term (5+ years) phases.
• Organizing and coordinating core domains: communications, educational programs, personal branding activities, online platform management and visual asset production.
• Selecting, onboarding and supervising a multidisciplinary team of experts in content creation, education, PR, styling and design.
• Implementing and maintaining digital tools such as Google Workspace, Notion or Trello, shared calendars, password managers and media storage solutions.
• Producing, reviewing and publishing content according to the content calendar; ensuring quality, brand consistency and timely approvals.
• Tracking task execution, deadlines, quality metrics and stakeholder satisfaction; managing reporting, KPI monitoring and feedback loops.
