As a Product Analyst at a leading US-based subscription service in the Fragrance & Home space, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing A/B tests to validate new feature hypotheses and define success metrics that directly impact business outcomes. You will conduct retention analytics, long-term behavior analysis and ad hoc research to uncover patterns in subscriber engagement and identify opportunities for product optimization. Forecasting and monitoring key subscription metrics—such as Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, churn and activation—will be a core aspect of your role. Your insights, presented in clear, actionable formats, will guide product and business stakeholders, influencing roadmap priorities and strategic decisions. Collaboration with data engineers will ensure data quality, smooth migrations of internal experimentation tools (e.g., GrowthBook) and efficient end-to-end analytics workflows. This position requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into concise recommendations.
