Description of the Role
As an Office Manager at NDA – a leading IT and affiliate marketing company in the fast-paced iGaming sector – you will be the central point of contact for all administrative and facility-related matters. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining an organized, well-equipped office environment, handling supply orders, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will assist department heads with scheduling, document preparation, basic data entry and report generation, contributing directly to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the office is clean, stocked and fully operational at all times.
• Order office supplies, handle deliveries and liaise with vendors.
• Oversee facility maintenance requests and communal areas.
• Support managers with scheduling, document preparation and task follow-ups.
• Prepare internal reports and updates for ongoing projects.
• Assist HR and finance teams with data entry and basic coordination.
• Organize internal meetings, team lunches and monthly briefings.
• Welcome guests, partners and new hires, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, positive and dependable attitude.
• Prior office or administrative experience is a plus.
