Role Overview

Junior Dealer is an entry-level position focused on Forex trading desk operations within a regulated FinTech environment. In this role, you will monitor client transactions, assess risk exposure and participate in daily broker operations with a clear link to business objectives in trading and market analysis. The position is ideal for candidates seeking a career in Forex trading and willing to obtain a CySEC certificate to deepen their expertise in EU regulatory frameworks. The Junior Dealer role emphasizes hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 platforms, direct client support and analytical tasks aligned with trading strategies and liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor risks and client transactions in real time, using automated alerts and manual checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist Senior Dealers and risk managers in working with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms to execute trades, manage orders and liaise with liquidity providers.
• Provide proactive support to clients by resolving trading incidents, investigating order execution issues and delivering high-quality service across multiple communication channels.
• Analyze Forex markets by tracking currency pairs, economic indicators and geopolitical events; prepare simple reports, daily market reviews and trading summaries for internal teams.
• Participate in the broker’s daily operations, including trade confirmations, position reconciliations and collaboration with back-office and risk teams.
• Adapt to a rotating 12/24 shift schedule to cover peak market hours and broader time zones, ensuring continuity of trading support and risk monitoring.

Candidate Profile

To succeed as a Junior Dealer, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and genuine interest in financial markets and trading. While no prior experience is required, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field. Fluent English communication skills are essential for interacting with international clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge will help you perform data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently. A proactive mindset, ability to work under pressure and readiness to pursue a CySEC certificate are key to long-term success in this FinTech role.
