Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

VentorTech invites a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our global team specializing in Odoo ERP solutions. In this role, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey through company-funded training, gain official Odoo certification, and transition into meaningful client projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. This position serves as a launchpad for your IT career in business analysis, combining structured education with hands-on ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 4-week intensive Odoo Academy program funded by VentorTech, including hands-on exercises and official Odoo certification assessments.
• From month two, participate in real client ERP implementation projects: gather requirements, map business processes, configure modules, and test custom workflows.
• Document and present process flow diagrams using BPMN/UML standards; maintain clear project documentation in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, provide user training, and support post-go-live activities.
• Receive regular feedback from a dedicated mentor and adjust your learning path to industry best practices.

Requirements

• Completed BA courses, bootcamps or university programs focused on business analysis or related fields.
• Basic understanding of core business processes (sales, warehouse, finance, procurement) and eagerness to master ERP systems.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence; ability to create clear diagrams and documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills in English (B2+).
• Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw for the first three months, then transition to a hybrid model.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in BPMN and UML notation.
• Prior exposure to ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo or SAP through internships, hackathons or student projects.
• Fluency in Russian to support Eastern European client engagements.
