HUB Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HUB Engineer to join a global team responsible for the stable operation of liquidity hubs and trading connectivity platforms. In this role, you will administer, configure and monitor key systems such as OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic, OneZero and more, ensuring uninterrupted access to pricing and order routing for both internal and external clients. You will take part in onboarding new counterparties, set up and recover client profiles, manage risk and routing configurations, and work closely with back-office specialists to maintain optimal workflow. The position involves rotating night shifts on a monthly schedule (GMT+4) and requires swift reaction to emergencies through established escalation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and configuration of liquidity Hubs (OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic, OneZero) to guarantee 24/7 uptime
• Onboarding new clients: setting up trading and giveup connectors (MT4/MT5, dropcopy), routing profiles and risk parameters
• Monitoring client operations and troubleshooting connection issues at the FIX Protocol level
• Handling emergency incidents: root-cause analysis, escalation, quick recovery and documentation
• Providing technical support and guidance to both internal teams and external clients, maintaining clear communication in English

Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ experience as System Administrator, L2 Support Engineer or similar role in FinTech trading infrastructure
• Hands-on practice with PrimeXM, OneZero, Centroid and other liquidity hub technologies
• Deep understanding of FIX protocol and experience in troubleshooting session-level and application-level issues
• Experience onboarding MT4/MT5 connectors and giveup (dropcopy) integrations
• Solid network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and emergency procedure handling
• Fluent English (min. B2/C1) for communication with international stakeholders
• Ability to work night shifts on a rotating schedule under GMT+4 timezone
