As a HUB Engineer, you will play a critical part in ensuring uninterrupted trading connectivity and the reliable operation of core liquidity hubs within our international FinTech infrastructure. In this position, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting key systems such as OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, and FXCubic. You will work closely with onboarded clients—both internal traders and external liquidity providers—to route profiles, manage risk parameters, and rapidly recover services during incidents. The role is ideal for professionals with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or L2 Support Engineer who are adept at troubleshooting network issues and FIX protocol flows. This position requires taking monthly night shifts in GMT+4 to maintain 24/7 coverage and collaborating via English with colleagues and back-office specialists worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of liquidity hubs: OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic, etc.
• Client onboarding support: setting up MT4/MT5 connectors, giveup (dropcopy) connectors, routing and risk profile configuration
• Real-time monitoring of client operations and automated alert response
• Troubleshooting network and FIX protocol issues, performing escalations and emergency recovery procedures
• Close communication with clients, traders and back-office teams to ensure SLA adherence
• Generation of operational reports and participation in post-incident reviews
