HUB Engineer

Description of the Role

We are looking for an experienced HUB Engineer to support the stable operation of multi-asset liquidity hubs and trading connectivity across global markets. In this position, you will administer, configure and monitor platforms such as OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic and others, ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted service. You will manage onboarding of new clients, set up routing and risk profiles, handle profile recovery and carry out day-to-day client operations. As part of a monthly night-shift rotation, you will collaborate with an international, English-speaking team, communicate directly with clients and back-office specialists, and escalate critical issues through established emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administration, configuration and continuous monitoring of liquidity Hubs: OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic etc.
• Onboarding new clients, configuring MT4/MT5 connectors and GIVEUP (dropcopy) connectors
• Monitoring client operations, routing profiles and risk profiles, setup and recovery
• Network troubleshooting and FIX protocol debugging
• Communication with clients and internal backoffice teams to resolve technical queries
• Responding to incidents, following escalation processes and ensuring quick reaction times
