Game Producer / iGaming

Description of the Role

As a Game Producer at our international game studio, you take full ownership of the slot game production lifecycle. You will define and manage detailed production roadmaps aligned with strategic goals, lead cross-functional teams from concept and prototyping to launch and live operations, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, artists, and QA to coordinate sprints, allocate resources, track milestones, and resolve blockers. Acting as the main contact point between internal stakeholders and external partners, you will oversee testing phases, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements to optimize player engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and update production roadmaps, timelines, and milestone plans
• Oversee full development cycle: concept, prototyping, production, launch, live ops
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (design, art, development, QA)
• Manage resource allocation and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environment
• Serve as liaison between studio, holding management, and external vendors
• Align game features with market trends, player data, and business objectives
• Document production processes, status reports, and post-launch analyses
• Conduct competitor benchmarking of game mechanics and monetization
• Supervise QA cycles to ensure bug-free, polished releases
