As a Business Analyst at Firebird, you will play a critical role in defining, documenting and validating requirements for our travel management software. You will work closely with stakeholders—from product owners to end users—to elicit business needs through interviews, workshops and analysis of existing processes. Your day-to-day tasks include process modeling (BPMN, UML), data pattern analysis in Excel, writing clear functional specifications, and supporting the development team through all stages: pre-dev planning, active development and QA. You will also lead business reviews, participate in acceptance testing and ensure smooth transitions to production by coordinating improvements and bug fixes.
