As an Assistant at True Sea Moss, you will serve as the central hub for communication and organization, ensuring that all facets of our fast-growing wellness brand run smoothly every day. You will manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinate schedules, and maintain critical documentation. Your key responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate both online and offline meetings, including calendar invites and follow-ups.
* Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, record-keeping, and file management.
* Support internal communication by liaising between teams and ensuring information flows without gaps.
* Maintain calendars, reminders, and to-do lists, tracking deadlines to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
* Assist with basic HR-related processes, such as onboarding documentation and benefits inquiries.
* Undertake ad-hoc projects and requests, displaying adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment.
