Affiliate Partnerships Manager

Role Description

As an Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you will lead the expansion and optimization of our affiliate network within the dating vertical. Your daily responsibilities include identifying high-potential affiliate marketing channels, negotiating scalable and profitable deals, and establishing performance KPIs to track traffic quality. You will collaborate closely with BI, Tech, and Product teams to implement new tracking solutions, analyze campaign data, and drive continuous growth. This role requires proactive outreach to new partners, as well as regular relationship management to maintain long-term collaboration. You will prepare detailed reports on partner performance, forecast growth opportunities, and contribute to strategy sessions aimed at increasing conversion rates and user acquisition efficiency. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence budgeting decisions and the overall affiliate marketing strategy. You will also manage a dedicated budget, optimize ROI through testing of creative assets, and perform A/B tests on offer landing pages. Strong attention to detail and adaptability are essential as you navigate a fast-paced market with evolving compliance requirements.
