Web3 Sales & Lead Generation Manager

Role Description

Join ChronosDAO as our Web3 Sales & Lead Generation Manager and lead the charge in building a high-performing sales engine for top-tier blockchain projects. You will own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach on LinkedIn, X and Telegram to closing OTC deals with institutional and retail investors worldwide. This role suits proactive hunters who excel at transforming cold contacts into signed contracts and consistently deliver $2k+ commissions per deal. Your primary objectives will include generating and qualifying leads, negotiating deal terms, and collaborating with our product teams to tailor offerings that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute full-cycle sales operations: prospecting, outreach, follow-ups and deal closure
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through LinkedIn, Telegram and other channels
* Negotiate OTC agreements and manage investment tranches for Web3 clients
* Collaborate with C-level executives to shape growth strategies and optimize sales funnels
* Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to ensure transparent performance tracking

Requirements

* Proven track record of closing $50k+ Web3 deals and generating consistent revenue
* 500–700 USD base salary expectation during a 1–2 month trial period
* Professional-level English and native Russian proficiency for international negotiations
* Strong expertise in lead generation tactics, CRM tools and community outreach
* Self-motivated, target-driven attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup
