We’re looking for a VIP Retention Manager with 2+ years of experience in iGaming and fluency in German. You’ll be working with VIP players from the German region — building personalized retention strategies, increasing loyalty, and boosting customer lifetime value.
Your key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored retention strategies for VIP players from Germany, focusing on personalized offers and exclusive events.
* Analyze user behavior and segment VIP audience to optimize engagement and reduce churn.
* Coordinate VIP communications through email campaigns, direct messages, and high-touch support.
* Monitor retention KPIs (CRR, CLV, NPS) and prepare regular performance reports for management.
* Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and support teams to enhance the overall VIP experience.
* Manage VIP budgets, monitor promotions ROI, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Your profile and requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a retention or CRM role within the iGaming industry.
* Fluent German for direct communication with VIP clients.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, BI tools, and SQL queries.
* Deep understanding of retention metrics (churn rate, retention rate, customer lifetime value).
* Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and ability to craft high-impact campaigns.
* Familiarity with VIP event planning, loyalty programs, and VIP support best practices.
