VIP Host fluent in Turkish

Description of the Role

You will join our International iGaming Holding as a Turkish-speaking VIP Host, working fully remotely to manage and nurture relationships with premium clients. As a key liaison between our VIP segment and internal teams, you will drive retention, maximize player value and ensure every high-stakes client enjoys a tailored, first-class experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Personalized account management for VIP players in the Turkish market, providing dedicated support and exclusive offers;
• Proactive communication via chat, email and voice channels, resolving inquiries and anticipating needs;
• Negotiating and presenting loyalty incentives, bonuses and tournaments to drive engagement and ROI;
• Analyzing player activity, calculating ROI and reporting on KPIs to senior management;
• Building and maintaining an established network of high-net-worth individuals and influencers in Turkey.
