As a TA Operations Specialist at Preply, you will be the go-to operational expert for our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that recruiting processes run smoothly and efficiently at scale. You will support daily tools, workflows and process questions, maintain and continuously improve documentation, playbooks, templates, and CustomGPTs, and identify recurring bottlenecks to design smarter, automated solutions. By owning and optimizing Ashby (our ATS) and the full TA tooling ecosystem, you will pilot and evaluate new technologies—including AI solutions—to accelerate hiring velocity and enhance recruiter capacity.

Your key responsibilities include:
• Acting as the central point of contact for Talent Acquisition operations and tool support across Europe.
• Maintaining up-to-date process documentation, playbooks, email templates, and CustomGPT workflows to standardize global recruiting practices.
• Conducting root cause analysis of recurrent operational challenges and automating repetitive manual tasks to drive efficiency.
• Managing and optimizing data flows and integrations between Ashby, HRIS, Finance systems and People Ops platforms, partnering closely with IT, Finance, and People Operations teams.
• Building dashboards and reports in Looker and advanced Google Sheets/Excel to track funnel health, hiring velocity, recruiter capacity, quality of hire, and headcount planning.
• Leading monthly TA reporting cycles, presenting actionable insights at People Ops and company-wide leadership reviews.
• Supporting headcount forecasting, demand planning, and hiring pacing to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Preparing, facilitating, and documenting TA leadership meetings and process update sessions.
