As a Systems Engineer (Blockchain) at Logos, you will be responsible for designing and implementing liblogos, our modular plugin-based runtime for decentralized nodes and applications. Your tasks include optimizing inter-process communication (IPC) performance, strengthening module isolation for fault tolerance and independent scalability, and enforcing secure boundaries to prevent cross-module vulnerabilities. You will collaborate closely with component teams to build, integrate, and test modules such as blockchain consensus engines, messaging services, and distributed storage. This role demands deep systems programming expertise in C, C++, Rust, or Nim, and the ability to apply microkernel principles—minimal core, service isolation, extensibility without core modifications—within user-space environments. Familiarity with Linux namespaces, cgroups, and containerization techniques is essential for achieving microkernel-style separation and security in a decentralized context.
