System Analyst

Role Description

As a System Analyst on our remote HealthTech SaaS platform, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and formalizing requirements for a comprehensive solution designed to manage clinical trials and various pharmaceutical business processes. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders in the life sciences domain and the development team, ensuring that each feature aligns with regulatory standards and real-world operational needs. Your core responsibilities include:
• Requirement gathering & documentation: conduct in-depth interviews with end users, extract functional and non-functional requirements, produce clear specifications and user stories;
• Collaboration & communication: maintain ongoing dialogue with project managers, developers, QA and client representatives to guarantee shared understanding and timely delivery;
• Process improvement & mentorship: evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies in clinical trial management, propose process enhancements and guide junior analysts;
• Client engagement: present requirements, deliver demos, collect feedback, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to achieve high client satisfaction.

You will also participate in risk assessments related to regulatory compliance (GCP, FDA CFR 21), maintain traceability matrices, and support change management activities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools like JIRA and Confluence, and the ability to translate complex pharmaceutical terminology into technical tasks are key to success in this role.
