SRE/DevOps (TradeOps)
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps engineer to join our TradeOps team on-site in Singapore. The core responsibility of this position is to own the reliability and operational excellence of mission-critical, real-time trading systems. You will participate in incident response and on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and drive automation to reduce recovery times. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-load environments and have a passion for stable, scalable infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
– Own the reliability of live production trading systems operating at ultra-low latencies and high volumes;
– Lead incident response processes, including escalation and post-mortem analyses;
– Develop and maintain code-driven automation to enhance system stability and deployment efficiency;
– Build and improve internal observability tooling, metrics dashboards, and alerting pipelines;
– Perform deep troubleshooting on Linux stacks, networking, and performance bottlenecks;
– Collaborate closely with software engineers, network specialists, and QA teams to align infrastructure with business objectives.
