Senior SEO Manager

Role Overview

As Senior SEO Manager at Tofu, you will own and drive our organic search strategy to support rapid growth in our B2B SaaS products: Invoices Maker and Field Service Businesses. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure product pages rank highly in Google search results for both US and international audiences. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, and hands-on leadership in link-building partnerships, content creation, and AI-powered optimization techniques.

Key responsibilities:
• Promote product pages in Google search results for US and international search queries using advanced on-page SEO techniques and keyword research.
• Increase conversion rates across mobile and web platforms by optimizing landing pages, meta tags, site speed, and user experience.
• Lead strategic link-building campaigns: identify outreach targets, manage contractors, and secure high-quality backlinks while monitoring performance metrics.
• Create and oversee high-quality SEO content: research target topics, write or commission articles, optimize content structure, and track rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, and technical audits to boost visibility and performance.
• Conduct detailed competitor analysis and benchmark our positioning; adapt strategies to outperform rivals in SERPs.
• Utilize Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and leverage AI/SEO tools (ChatGPT, Google SGE) to scale content creation and link acquisition effectively.
