Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join a leading global FinTech company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs that cover product knowledge, positioning, and proven sales methodologies. You will build robust onboarding paths and continuous learning initiatives tailored to different sales segments, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires and ongoing skills development for existing team members. Your efforts will directly support revenue goals by optimizing the sales process end to end.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver sales training (product, positioning, methodologies such as SPICED, MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
• Design and implement onboarding and continuous learning programs to accelerate ramp-up and retention
• Maintain, standardize and enhance the unified sales process across regions
• Create, update and distribute enablement materials, playbooks, tools and templates
• Track enablement KPIs, analyze data and provide regular performance reporting to leadership
• Lead adoption of new sales tools and processes, collaborating with IT and sales operations
• Support sales talent development through coaching and feedback sessions
• Collect market and competitive insights to enrich training content and keep materials up to date
• Manage the enablement budget and evaluate external vendors for workshops and certifications
