Senior Sales Enablement Specialist
Description of the role
As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist at a leading global FinTech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance. You will partner with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs covering product positioning, sales methodologies, and competitive differentiation. Your mission is to equip our salesforce with the right knowledge, tools, and processes to exceed targets and enhance customer engagement. In this capacity, you will:
• Develop and deliver tailored sales training modules on product features, positioning, SPICED and MEDDICC methodologies, and challenger selling techniques.
• Build and maintain structured onboarding journeys and continuous learning curricula for new hires and tenured sellers.
• Standardize and optimize the unified sales process, ensuring consistent adoption across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Create, update, and distribute enablement materials, playbooks, battle cards, and toolkits that embed best practices and reinforce key messages.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new sales technologies, CRM enhancements, and enablement platforms.
• Collect market and competitive intelligence to refine training content and enable sellers to position solutions effectively.
• Track enablement KPIs—ramp time, win rates, quota attainment—and provide actionable reports to leadership.
• Manage the enablement budget, evaluate external vendors, and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
