Senior React Developer

Description of the Role

FinDev is hiring a Senior React Developer to enhance and maintain a flagship portfolio management platform used by institutional clients in the capital markets domain. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, code reviews, performance optimization, and collaborating with product owners and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, robust solutions. You will integrate REST APIs to retrieve and process large volumes of financial metrics, accounts and trading orders, ensuring seamless user experience under high load. Daily tasks include:
• Designing, developing and refactoring React components using modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Implementing state management solutions with Redux and CSS Modules for scalable and maintainable styles.
• Integrating data visualization tools like AG Grid and using Material-UI to enforce consistent design systems.
• Writing unit and integration tests with Testing Library to guarantee code reliability and facilitate continuous delivery.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective), refining user stories and estimating technical work.
