As a Senior People Analyst at inDrive, you will be at the forefront of shaping the People Insights function, turning raw HR data into actionable business intelligence. Your responsibilities will include building predictive models to forecast employee attrition and long-term cost forecasting, designing robust data pipelines to ensure HR data quality, and developing workforce planning strategies that align with company growth objectives. You will partner directly with senior leadership to identify organizational risks and opportunities, architect data solutions for scalable analytics, and lead the AI strategy for people analytics tools and workflows. Acting as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, you will present insights in a compelling, structured, and actionable way, influencing key executive decisions on people and performance management. Strong command of statistics, data modeling, visualization, and data engineering concepts will be vital, as will your ability to translate complex data into clear insights. This role demands managing multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, fostering a problem-solver mindset and ownership of deliverables.
