Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)

Role Description

As a Senior Mobile Developer (React Native), you will be responsible for architecting, building and maintaining a high-performance cross-platform mobile application that serves as a key interface to our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). You will drive end-to-end ownership of core features, from prototyping and design to release and monitoring, ensuring responsive and intuitive experiences for both iOS and Android users. Working closely with product managers, UX designers and backend engineers, you will define and enforce mobile engineering standards, coding guidelines and best practices to guarantee high code quality and maintainability.

Key responsibilities:
• Architect, develop and ship React Native applications with clean, reusable and well-tested code;
• Collaborate with Product, UX and Backend teams to translate requirements into performant mobile UI and reliable data flows;
• Lead technical decision-making, propose improvements in navigation, state management and app performance;
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks and platform-specific issues;
• Own the full software development lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, deployment and post-release support;
• Mentor and review code of junior developers, share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning.
