Senior Golang Engineer (CCaaS, Europe)
Role Description
Senior Golang Engineer joins a cutting-edge, AI-driven Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform used by enterprises across Europe. You will own full-cycle feature development, from design through testing and deployment, working on high-throughput microservices and adaptors that power customer experience solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned backend engineer who enjoys end-to-end responsibility and thrives in a remote, cross-functional team.
Your key responsibilities:
— Participate in full-lifecycle feature development: requirements review, architecture design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
— Expand integrations across new text-based platforms (chat apps, social messengers, SMS gateways) using REST/gRPC APIs.
— Enhance existing messaging functionality for scalability, reliability, and low latency in high-load environments.
— Develop, deploy, and maintain microservices and adapters, ensuring fault tolerance and observability.
— Design and build a proprietary support chat solution with real-time message processing and AI-powered routing.
— Architect and implement asynchronous microservice patterns, message queues, event streams (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
— Integrate with low-level communication protocols (SIP, WebSockets, custom SDKs) and third-party APIs.
— Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA engineers, DevOps and UI/UX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
