Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Grove Labs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and shipping production-grade DeFi applications that serve millions of users and process billions in on-chain value. You’ll lead modern front-end and back-end development using the T3 stack (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, TanStack Query), as well as Python- and Go-based services. Your work will include architecting scalable GraphQL or REST APIs, optimizing high-throughput database schemas in PostgreSQL, and collaborating on EVM-based tooling integration (Foundry, Tenderly).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full stack feature delivery from design to production, ensuring code quality and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption).
• Architect and implement web3 integrations, writing on-chain transaction logic and interacting with smart contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Deploy and maintain microservices in multi-region AWS or Google Cloud environments, utilizing Docker/Kubernetes and Argo CD for CI/CD.
• Monitor system health and performance, set up telemetry, logging, and alerting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to evolving engineering standards.
