Senior Content Manager

Job Description

Risk Labs is looking for a Senior Content Manager to drive our content strategy for decentralized protocols UMA and Across. You will own the end-to-end editorial process, from ideation and writing to optimization and distribution. This role is ideal for a storyteller with technical range who can write authoritatively about DeFi and break down complex ideas clearly. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with voice & tone guidelines, brand guidelines, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for UMA and Across, focusing on DeFi, cross-chain bridges, and blockchain innovations.
* Create and edit high-quality copy across blogs, whitepapers, social media, newsletters, and governance proposals, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy.
* Implement AI-driven workflows using LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate ideation, drafting, and SEO optimization of content assets.
* Manage an editorial calendar, coordinate with stakeholders, set deadlines, anticipate challenges, and track KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions).
* Provide objective feedback and editorial judgment to other writers, maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and brand messaging.
* Collaborate with PMMs to optimize content for performance marketing: paid campaigns, organic search, and community growth.
* Stay current on DeFi trends, UMA’s Optimistic Oracle mechanics, cross-chain bridging developments, and emerging AI tools.
