As a Senior Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust compliance framework tailored to the unique needs of a proprietary trading group operating in both traditional and digital asset markets. You will lead the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. Your primary duties encompass:
* End-to-end compliance program building: drafting policies, conducting risk assessments, and defining monitoring procedures.
* Overseeing onboarding and due diligence processes for employees, counterparties, and vendors.
* Leading periodic compliance reviews, audits, and internal investigations.
* Serving as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
* Delivering targeted compliance training sessions for cross-functional teams.
* Preparing regular reports on regulatory risk, control effectiveness, and audit findings for senior leadership.
