Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Role Description

As a Senior Affiliate Manager at Topcotek, you will be at the forefront of our iGaming affiliate program, driving strategic partnerships and optimizing performance to achieve ambitious growth targets. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will take full ownership of the affiliate channel, working closely with product, analytics and design teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Your role will involve end-to-end management—from sourcing high-value partners and negotiating deals to monitoring KPIs, analyzing traffic patterns and implementing data-driven improvements.

Key responsibilities:
* Develop, negotiate and manage relationships with top iGaming affiliates, media buyers and networks to expand our global reach.
* Monitor real-time performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI), conduct A/B tests and leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Affise for in-depth analysis.
* Collaborate with marketing, product and design teams to align promotions, creatives and landing pages with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
* Create detailed affiliate reports, forecasts and business cases to inform budget allocation and optimization strategies.
* Identify emerging affiliate trends, platforms and geographies to diversify traffic sources and increase market share.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices in all markets.
