Sales Manager / Relationship Manager – Liquidity & Brokerage Solutions
Description of the role
As a Senior Sales Manager / Relationship Manager in Liquidity & Brokerage Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Middle East and North Africa. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification and outreach to product demonstrations, commercial negotiation and deal closing. Your primary focus will be on retail brokers, proprietary trading firms and institutional clients, leveraging your deep understanding of trading platforms, liquidity aggregation, bridges and white-label solutions. Close collaboration with our technical, operations and compliance teams is essential to ensure seamless client onboarding and high retention rates.
Key responsibilities:
• Prospect, qualify and engage new B2B clients in the liquidity and prime brokerage segment.
• Conduct detailed product demos and present tailored solutions to C-level and trading desk stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms, prepare proposals and secure multi-year agreements with structured pricing and service SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM, coordinate KYC processes and oversee client onboarding in partnership with Compliance.
• Monitor market trends in MENA trading venues, adjust sales strategies, and report pipeline metrics to regional leadership.
